The number of digital nomads is on the rise. 4.8 million Americans describe themselves as digital nomads with nearly a third of those surveyed saying they planned on it in the next 2-3 years. It is estimated that 50% of the total U.S. workforce will be freelance by 2027.
Being a digital nomad can be a rewarding lifestyle. You can travel from place to place and experience the world while working on your business.
That’s where co-living and co-working spaces come in. They offer many of the comforts of a hotel while also being good places to get your work done and connect with other entrepreneurs. Many co-working and co-living spaces are also based in exciting destinations abroad so you can mix business with traveling.
The co-working trend isn’t going away either as co-working members are rising to 5.1 million by 2022, and the number of new co-living buildings has doubled int he last two years.
