The UnityHub Mission is to attract young people closer to nature & to their roots. Our main goal is to transform our first rural Bulgarian house (ZeLLin House) in Botevgrad region (30 minutes away from Sofia) into coworking & coliving space, where entrepreneurs, freelancers, digital nomads & startups can enjoy nature, secluded working environment, home-made food & to attend various events & workshops. Mixing the urban and the rural lifestyle, applying the technologies, social innovations and what Nature offers at once. (Re)connecting people with rural areas, locals with people from around the world. Building a Network of local communities, entrepreneurs, business accelerators, incubation experiences.

How does it work?
We have started working on our first location - ZeLLin House. The house is located 50 km away from Sofia airport and only 3 km away from the town of Botevgrad in a mountainous area. After presenting the project idea throughout various business & NGO networks, in 2018 we have started gathering at ZeLLin House. Since then we have changed the whole ZeLLin House environment - we planted fruit trees, vegetables, we have started rennovating the house. The most significant part we have done by now though is creating the Community. We have built a Community of like-minded people - professionals with various background. People coming from different regions in Bulgaria & around the world. Now we have architects, engineers, PR experts, web-developers, digital nomads & entrepreneurs. We have started organizing events & workshops - yoga classes, jazz nights around the campfire, entrepreneurial events & many more. Last but not least we have involved the locals who offer different services & products such as horse riding, painting, baloon jumping, trekking, local food. Along with building the Community, many people from the locals have joined our network and have become our core contributors. After 3 years of hard reconstruction & rebuilding process, in 2022 ZeLLin House is all set and ready to host startups, digital nomads and various events. ZeLLin House now operates as the first rural coworking & coliving space in Bulgarian all seasons. Thus we set a know-how of reviving & rebuilding a rural house & creating a professional network around it. We continue further by expanding our horizons in Botevgrad region through launching various cultural & entrepreneurial events in different locations with our new local partners.

Our Vision
We envision a network of healthy, conscious, self-sufficient, connected villages and rural locations in different Bulgarian regions by applying our know-how with ZeLLin House and Botevgrad region.
Our next step is within the next 10 years to build a Global village network where entrepreneurs, digital nomads, startups & locals would be living & working alongside (P.S. Global village idea comes originally from the creators of Mokrin House).
By creating a network of people, places and projects in rural areas (starting with ZeLLin House & Botevgrad region), we do combine the digital technologies, the entrepreneurship and business innovations with the richness and wisdom of Nature and old traditions.
